EMPLOYMENT / PROJECT EXPERIENCES
Landscaping, Placemaking, Public Realm & Agriculture Integration | Head of Horticulture
Responsible for Landscape Strategy, Master Planning, Budget & Cost Projection, Head of Horticulture Business Unit
Initiated and led large-scale conservation operations including 25.000 date palms, 48.000 olive trees
Led and coordinated several Technical Studies on water balance & management, mega-scale irrigation & maintenance operations, sediments, conservation, transplantations, etc.
Led the strategy, requirements, palette, and acquired 100.000 non native trees for developments in NEOM following maintenance programs
Director - Landscaping & Special Projects
Refurb of Soft & hard Landscaping/lighting/beach/wayfinding/pools/water feature/structures/accross 500.000m2, retro-fit of new TSE irrigation main and sub lines, sports courts, indoor planting, planter designs, nursery management, etc.
Soft landscape design, procurement, implementation, site supervision, consultant management & coordination
Full responsibility for all Exterior including infrastructure, utilities, wayfinding, customer safety, etc.
Under Special Projects from the Client's side, I led outdoor venue's construction including design, engineering, procurement, site supervision etc. This included sometimes special mirror claddings, waterproofing systems, MEP, integration of indoor and outdoor planting.
Fast track venue creation = revenue. Led several outdoor venue revamps or creations to optimize customer experience and create additional destinations or extensions to existing venues
As the Operations and Business Development Director I was responsible for business acquisitions, contracts, negotiations, procurement, logistics, specifications, supplier management, site operations, technical supervision, etc.
Large-scale Landscaping Scope for residential communities in Dubai.
Soft & Hard Landscaping, including infra, utilities, recreation spaces, etc. Responsible with all stakeholder engagement incl. Municipality, RTA etc
Tower Landscaping Projects with complex waterproofing solutions. Responsible from business development to handover following maintenance contracts - Full Lifecycle Involvement
Led business development & design for award winning residential projects following project management for implementation
Community scopes included bespoke and complex water features, swimming pools, entrance features, etc.
As the Co-Founder and Managing Director, I was responsible for the full business operation from client acquisition, to design, manufacturing, logistics, and high-quality installation.
Development and Project Management including installation of bespoke laminated glass installation developed over 12 months for the hotel interiors as well as scope for fully customized ironmongery.
Specifically engineered and developed drainage system for the Hotel refurb project. Manufacturing in Austria, installed in Dubai.
Complex glass balustrade installation with self-innovated glass mounting brackets.
Installation of self-created luminated glass handrails amongst dozens of bespoke staircases all made in Austria and installed in Dubai. Led full project lifecycle.
